An average score percentage is credited to teams with 24 or more appearances in the top 100 for that game in 2020.
A ZERO (0) indicates some games played but not the minimum number.
In this model, all games are given equal weight; that may change in the future.
Calculation:
The team's average score (top 100 appearances in the given calendar year) for the premium game
is divided by the average yearly score for all top 100 teams in that game that year.
The total column is the sum of the resulting scores.
