This hill overlooking Lyon is where the Romans built the city of Lugdunum in 43 B.C. FOURVIERE 3 The Renaissance and Medieval architecture and cobblestone streets earned it UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE status. 4. Lyon's "Bouchons" are LOCAL BISTROS . 5.
