Packing Round

1. All of these cities are likely ports-of-call on a Gulf of Alaska
cruise except FAIRBANKS .

2. Juneau, Ketchikan and Sitka are all located on this waterway.

3 All of these cruise lines offer Alaskan voyages except DISNEY .

4. Ketchikan is known as the FIRST City due to its place as
Alaska's southern gateway.

5. The Pacific Ocean town of Sitka contains many spectacular
reminders of its RUSSIAN heritage.

6. This Canadian city is the start/finish point of most Gulf of

1. The three kinds of Alaskan king crab are red, blue and BROWN .

3. This 1991 Disney movie was filmed at the town of Haines, the

1. Blight Reef was the site of a disastrous OIL SPILL that
occurred in March 1989.

2 Supposedly, this is one of the biggest attractions in the capital

3. 2001 regulations prohibit more than TWO cruise ships a day to
enter Glacier Bay.

4. Small cruise ships often stop at charming towns like Petersburg,
nicknamed "Little NORWAY ".

5. An arch across Mission Street declares Ketchikan is the SALMON
Capital of the World.

6. Every first weekend in February the town of Cordova has a festival
honoring the ICEWORM .

7. Many cruise itineraries include land segments at Denali National
Park home of Mount MCKINLEY .

9. Admiralty Island, just 15 miles from Juneau, is most famous for
its population of BEARS .

10. This city became a boomtown when it became the terminus of the

11. The main industry in Kodiak, the largest city on Kodiak Island,

12. These are all popular tourist attractions around Juneau except
