BRITISH COLUMBIA 4. Skiing begins on Thanksgiving at this famous Idaho resort area. SUN VALLEY 5. Whitewater rafting enthusiasts flock to Idaho's Salmon, Selway and SNAKE Rivers. 6. Coeur D'Alene was named after a LAKE . 12. The Cedar Street Bridge Market in Sandpoint is modeled after the Ponte Vecchio in FLORENCE .
