Only NTN site left in southeastern Alameda/Contra Costa Counties area. Semi-traditional Friday's setup; twenty accessible DITV boxes with five more waiting for programming. Could stand to install more screens (only four, and more often than not none on NTN). Some staff supportive, others indifferent, but vast improvement from 1997 staff. 3.5 stars, last visited Aug 2000.
