Seafood restaurant overlooking San Joaquin River delta in northeastern Contra Costa County, and very difficult to find even with online map programs. Only two screens in bar area, neither on at time of arrival; five accessible DITV boxes. Very good menu selections and prices; very attentive staff. Probably one of the few existing NTN sites where one can park their boat. 3.5 stars, visited July 2000.
