The last remaining BA in the SF area and from last visit a couple of months ago looks like they will discontinue soon also. Drastically cut subscription (40 to 20) and staff far less friendly than before (suspicion is BA wants to get rid of NTN very badly). Rating down from 4 stars based on prior visits.
