Home of BadBarter SEKA, who described this site best as a "dump". Small neighborhood bar; only five accessible boxes. Very good and highly supportive staff. Drawbacks: no food service except during special events, and one other available on request. Several highly experienced players. 3.5 stars, visited July 1999.
