Anyone on this list that needs to hear much more about this site has been in a catatonic state since 1997. The two-time defending Showdown Champions and Spotlight runners-up have the best of everything here; both a prime location near major shopping center just off major east-west freeway, and a larger facility in overall floor space than National-Torrance (probably the largest of the existing six). Outstanding staff and management that actively supports their team's efforts. All other general comments on National-Torrance apply to all six existing Nationals (the "other four" are covered in the soon-to-be written Orange County site review). Visited seven of the eight weeks of the 1997 Showdown Tournament and a couple of Friday evenings in that same time.
